We will always try to repair or replace your collectibles whenever possible.

Your excess for this coverage module is £100. This is the amount of any agreed claim for which you are responsible and we will deduct it from the benefit you receive or require you to pay the amount to us.
What this collectibles module does not do
This coverage module does not cover:
- Any accidental damage that occurs gradually, including wear and tear, scratching, denting, rot, fungus, mould, infestation, rust or oxidation;
- Misuse, faulty workmanship or design, or the use of faulty materials;
- Mechanical or electrical faults or breakdown;
- Any accidental damage caused by or resulting from repair, maintenance or alteration.
What to do if you need to make a claim
We hope that nothing bad happens to your collectibles, but if something does you need to tell us as soon as reasonably possible by going to the Claims section of your Zing account.
We know that it can be a stressful time, but it will help if you can use your phone to take photos of the scene of where the accidental damage, accidental loss or theft occurred, and to record anything that you think will help us to quickly and smoothly handle your claim. If you are making a claim for theft, you must also report the loss to the police and obtain a crime reference number.
You can get real help from a real person by going to the Claims section of your Zing account.
How we will settle your claim
We will be in touch with you shortly after you notify us of a claim. You will always be contacted by a real (human) member of our claims team. Wherever it is possible, we will arrange for your collectibles to be repaired by the retailer from which you originally purchased the item(s), as shown in your Zing account.
If your collectibles cannot be repaired or you have been the victim of a theft or accidental loss, we will arrange for the item(s) to be replaced with a new item(s) which is as close as possible to the item(s) you originally purchased with a retail price not exceeding the value listed for that item in your Zing account. Wherever it is possible, we will arrange for your collectibles to be replaced by the retailer from which you originally purchased the item(s), as shown in your Zing account.
Where we do not believe it is possible or appropriate to use the retailer from which you originally purchased the item(s), we may use another specialist repairer or supplier.
